iTunes4を4.0.1にアップグレードすると同時にネット経由での音楽共有機能を封印してしまった

違法性

  JASRACの見解は「私的使用に限れば合法」
  家庭内LANはもちろん、インターネット経由であっても自分や家族が聴く分には問題ない
  友人に聴かせることは、法に反した行為と判断されるようだ
